Jericho Pickleball Association (JPA), established in 2023, is a non-profit organization whose mission is to increase the involvement and diversity in all aspects of the sport of Pickleball, including athletics, coaching and administration.
JPA extends their mission to both the youth and adults of the Deptford community. Enrollment in the

JPA extends their mission to both the youth and adults of the Deptford community. Enrollment in the programs conducted throughout the year will establish a recreational outlet for both youth and adult.
JPA will facilitate the involvement of a diversified population of learners in every aspect of the sport through the “hands-on” organization to the various levels of development and management of grass roots outreach program.

We seek to add to the myriad of sports available to the community. In doing so, develop measurable, observable skill sets in Pickleball for both youth and adult participants with proper dedicated space, equipment, instruction, and commitment.

· To provide a structured platform to teach the community the game, sport, and business of Pickleball. Highlighting the community benefits, personal health, and social growth.
· This program will reach out into the community, bringing together a wide range of participants, Youth, Adults and 55 and over population.
We will recruit and train

We will recruit and train 4-6 assistant instructors to meet defined performance standards of the participants.
Using a six session cycles approach with three tier development standards - Beginners, Intermediates, and High-Performance Players.
